Dr Cupsa always takes the time to review any issues I have and assures followup with specialists if necessary. She is always on time and very thorough. Very pleased. Excellent doctor.

Waiting for an hour before u get sent to her and another 10 minutes waiting in the room. Then took about 5 minutes you are done... She's in the hurry and she not answer any additional question.

Staff turnover is high. Doctor has never once been on time, but is focussed when you finally get her. Bedside manner is acceptable.She is pleasant.
