He is the best Dr I have ever had, and I am 86years old. He is very caring, he and his nurse have a continuing care program for which I am grateful.. You won't get any much better...I thank him!

Dr. Charlie Barr is one of the most genuine people I have ever met he is extremely caring and patient as well a non judgmental hopefully he will be my doctor until the end. He is a rare and apparently mysterious Doctor lol I got extremely lucky.

Dr. Barr is a very caring, compassionate person but also makes me laugh every time I see him. Well-worth the wait, never feeling rushed. On one occasion, while he was on holidays, he called our home on a Sunday to let us know of a serious test result and wanted to make sure we wouldn't wait until his return. Very fortunate to have him as our family physician - our children, grand-children & now great-grand-children are in his good hands!

I have been a patient of Dr. Barr for a few years now and I have nothing but complete confidence in his judgment. He may not be the most punctual doctor in the world but I know when it is my turn to see him I'm going to get his full attention and help. He is such a pleasant person to work with a great sense of humour. I really feel I have the best possible MD in the city of Kingston!! DA

Charlie is a fantastic doctor, he takes his time to go over all my concerns. As a kidney transplant patient I see him more than most. He's a bit of a comedian and he always makes me laugh. To me the fact that I wait a little longer to see him is no big deal because the reason for the wait is that he is taking his time to give people proper care. Dr. Barr admits when he doesn't know something and then he's like a dog with bone when it comes to getting the answer. Also Dr. Barr does something most doctors don't do he admits when he's made a mistake. Charlie thank you for being my doctor and my family's doctor.
