Great Doctor.. Pity that now have to drive 1/2 hour for appointment when before was 1 minute drive to Amherstview clinic and parking was much easier.

dr arrowsmith is great. she makes you feel comfortable and seems to really care and enjoy her job. however, i'm not as impressed with how the office is ran. it can be very difficult to get ahold of the office and get appointments when needed. calls aren't usually answered and a call back usually takes most of a day...which doesn't work unless you can sit at home all day. the answering machine only takes messages when the office is open and sometimes says in closed during their regular hours.

Dr Arrowsmith displays a keen interest in her patients. She is very reassuring in her dealings with the patient keeping them fully informed as to what processes or procedures she is conducting.
