Dr. Billing and his staff are "over the chart" way above #5! Have been going a few years now. He has extremely increased my quality of life. I am able to spend more quality time with my children. Has an awesome sense-of-humor. Sometimes sings (not Canadian Idol material), but takes mind off needles going in. Has an amazing love and caring for his patience. That is why he does what he does. This guy is scary! Needle happy does not begin to describe it. Went about 5-6 treatments 14+ needles each time. Blood pressure went up and last 2 visit he froze my vocal chord. Very scary. When I stopped going, he wrote my family Dr. Stating that he helped me...a lie!

Dr. B has saved my husbands quality of life. Even though the spinal epidermal takes him out a day the relief for weeks later is a miracle. His off humour is worth the visit itself. Don't let his talking scare you it's all caring and he knows whats he is doing to help you. We love the guy! 7 year patient. T.Clements
