Dr Bali is excellent. She is very straight forward and down to earth. I have recommended her to many friends and family. She will be missed in the London area.

I was very unhappy with her service. She was not helpful and left me in the room for twenty minutes before someone else informed me that our visit was over after she forgot to do the one thing she agreed to do on our visit, which was refill a prescription, of course. Denying any and all other requests.

The staff was fine. I was told by Dr.Bali that I was wasting her time for attempting to get a prescription refilled for (cat) allergies. She then told me not to come back and go to another clinic. And yes this is surprisingly an actual true story, as far fetched and ludicrous as it sounds. I only come to this clinic because there is NO line up ever. Now I see why.

I had only been to 458 Central once before and that was to fill out an application for a new doctor. Today I went there because I needed to have some scripts re-written/refills because my previous Doctor took ill and was not able to authorize the scripts. Dr. Bali was wonderful! Ask me many questions regarding any side effects with what scripts I needed. She took the time to make sure I was ok. The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient and had smiles which makes me think they like their jobs. Hmmmmmmm I wonder if Dr. Bali and accepting new patients?

I Came into the clinic today with back pain from an injury at work. There were no vital signs done and no physical exam. I left with muscle relaxers which hasn't helped the injury that wasn't diagnosed. no passion,no time, and no effort was given to me. Very unprofessional for someone who is considered an expert in there profession. I am seeking further medical attention from a different walk in clinic from now on.
