Needed new doctor as mine was retiring and went to see Dr. Muia. OMG!!! terrible Doctor. No bedside manners at all!! And found him to be very uninformed and not knowledgeable. We need more doctors like the one I used to have and less like Dr. Muia. Not caring at all doesn't really listen and not sympathetic to your needs.

Dr. Muia is a very good Doctor. He is always on time and is caring. However, I feel he does not take time to listen and always seems to talk over me. When I attempt to tell him something he quickly begins to speak and doesn't let me finish. I feel rushed and not listened to. This causes me to lose my train of thought and at times leave feeling like I didn't address all that I needed to.

I have had Dr Muia for 20 or more years I could not ask for a more caring and knowledgable Dr.you would be in good hands there is only one staff that could use some manners and caring lessons.

The staff are abrupt. It is often hard to get an appointment if really feeling ill. Always told to go to Dr. referal clinic, and it is discouraging because Dr. Muia is the one with my history. He is nice when you do see him.
