Dr Arthur is very good at explaining things in plain English making sure you understand. The best thing about him is that he doesn't push drugs. If there is an alternative he will go for that first. A real Physician, he takes his job seriously.

he clearly is a doctor who knows medicine and when you go to him when ill he always listens to you and fully makes sure that you have an answer to what is wrong if not he works through each process as needed.
