Had an appt at 9 am. She arrived at office at 9:20 then I waited another half hr til she came in to see me. She wasnt really interested in why I was there or what my problem was. Something so told me not to worry about I ended up seeing a specialist about and had to have a mole removed and tested.

If you are able to get the phone picked up and then lucky enough to get an appointment Dr. Altman is amazing. She is so kind and caring as well as through and knowledgeable. However, getting the staff to be responsible and caring is another story.

Dr.Altmann is great! But getting ahold of someone there to make an appointment is a joke. there is about 2 hours of the day where they actually awnser the phone to book an appointment.
