I feel I was lucky to find Dr. Luton. The appointments are always relatively quick, but always thorough at the same time. It may seem like he doesn't pay attention, but I believe he is a deep - and quick - thinker and can process many details in one visit.

Dr. Luton is absolutely the best. He's brilliant, knowledgeable and his support staff are as well. In my opinion, there are no better professionals than Dr.Luton and his group! I wish all Doctors and support staff everywhere were as professional, knowledgable and competent as this group!

Dr. Luton is a very impatient man who makes snap judgements. He is too busy complaining about how much it costs to run a clinic to actively listen. He gets angry quickly and doesn't consider that patients know their bodies well. He has made comments about my situation not being as bad as others he's seen. I have felt brushed-off and dismissed and almost every appointment. Don't even try to discuss a concern or condition with him. HE IS THE DOCTOR and HE KNOWS BEST. I am in the process of finding a new physician.

Extremely rushed, usually spends less than a minute with me, dictates the prescription to his receptionist as he walks out the door. I never get a prescription on paper, to take myself to whatever pharmacy I want, they rather fax it or call it in. Staff is a bit on the edge, always in a hurry, acting like they have much better things to do. Not a good place to go to. Poor service and care.
