I found Dr. Armstrong very helpful with anxiety. There were times I felt uncomfortable in treatment, and I still have problems, but overall I function a lot better.

Instead of recognizing that my son has issues with ADHD for studying, he blamed it on soft parenting and for him not to take responsibility and not studying, d'ah. As if somebody tells me go face your severe phobias, totally CBT without seeing the deep cause of my issues. Do not recommend at all. Son was sad, waste of time.

Dr. Armstrong is a wonderful psychiatrist, very understanding, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about medications and other treatments. She is careful, considerate and very good at listening to what her patients want. Definitely recommended.
