The last few times that I have seen Dr. Jetty, she has commented on my appointment time being for an emergency slot and with my issue why was I there? I explained that I told the receptionist what my issue was and she placed me at this particular time. It is really an issue between the receptionist and Dr. Jetty. Therefore, Dr. Jetty should not comment and make her patients feel that their concerns are not important or that she does not have time for them.
