I am very upset and disappointed after visiting Dr.Small. He invited me to come and see him to discuss my x-ray results (I was referred to do x-ray by another doctor), but when I came his first question was: why did you come to see me? I have terrible and worsening pain in my heel, and he kept saying 'it is just a nuisance, not a problem, it cannot be healed'. He did not tell me go and see a specialist, did not recommend any treatment. When I asked what is the reason for my spur he said it is just old age. I expected more explanation and interest from a doctor. Internet gave me a lot more information on my problem than this doctor. He asked who is my family physician, which was not relevant. I felt disrespected and mistreated. This doctor needs more training on dealing with patients.

DR. Stephen Small is the best doctor in the whole wide world. I am not kidding. I am being very serious and this is the only way i can express because words are not enough to say how awesome this doctor is. He's efficient in everything he does. He cares so much for his patients. It's amazing to know that someone like this exists. When one loses hope in doctors, this is the one to restore your hope in the healthcare system when it comes for care and compassion with Doctor-patient therapeutic care and relationship.
