I had two bad experiences: I have 3 kids. I called since my youngest had a fever and was sick. The secretary wanted to give me an appointment for 3 weeks later... I told her it's too long of a wait to which she replied then go to a walk-in clinic. She was very rude. The whole point in having a doctor is not having to go to a walk-in. The other experience is I had to wait on another occasion over one hour and a half to see her with two of my kids. I can understand half an hour at the most but over an hour and a half with two kids. The secretary then replied that the doctor had emergencies that day and that there was nothing she could do about it. Very rude staff to say the least and pretty uncaring. We have decided to change doctors.

The office is so disorganized and the waiting time is always over 2 hours which is unacceptable. I always had to follow up myself since the doctor always seemed too busy to do so. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional as well. I would never recommend this doctor's office to anyone which is unfortunate.

She started of as a wonderful doctor but now for some reason or other she seems overwhelmed and keeps changing her office hours. Waiting period is outrageous(I had appointment for 1 and did not get to see her till 4)When I complained to front desk, it's always the same story, "she had an emergency". I don't mind waiting for 1/2 hour but 4 hours is ridiculous and it seems that the wait time of minimum 2 hours is now the norm. Too bad because she is a lovely person.

I was in need of a doctor for my mother, elderly when she moved into my home. The care, I received from her was unbelievable. She did way more than what my mother original doctor did for my mother. Dr. Liliani made house call visit when needed, this is a true doctor, you don't find these around anymore. You will not be disappointed. AMAZING DOCTOR!

Excellent doctor and very organized. Staff is very helpful and patient also. Dr. Lilani cares a great deal about her patients.
