Dr. Chang has no bedside manner. Perhaps it's his sense of humour but on my husband & I felt he made innapropriate and insensitive comments numerous times during the pregnancy, at the hospital and in discussion about neonatal loss.

Dr. Neil Chang has been my OBG for over 6 years now since 2009. He is a great doctor, very caring, knowledgeable and provides great advice. The only problem is that he has a rude, unprofessional secretary who is so inefficient during her work day that she continuously keeps her lines busy. Which means, patients can't leave messages for rescheduling an appointment. To save her own butt from being inefficient, she would then charge patients a cancellation fee of $100. Dr. Chang is great but good luck dealing with the horrible receptionist!Patients first is NOT their mandate. At least not for the receptionist.

Dr. Chang was there for the birth of my son. He was absolutely amazing. It was pretty clear that he knew what he was doing, but still made us feel at ease by keeping the room light and humorous. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to help get our little guy out. Thanks Dr. Chang!

Dr. Chang was my OB during my pregnancy with my twins. I loved him. You have to have a sense of humor with him. He knows his stuff and is a great Dr.
