Am a noncomplainer-visit the doctors office for yearly check ups, have been with the same doctor for years, when I need to see him I usually could but now with the new girl Joanne she tells me to go to emerg. or walk-in clinic which I do not appreciate. She should know the pt.s that need help as opposed to the chronic complainers that go in every week. Sending pt.s to emerg. who do not need to go is a waste of money & time of the emerg. staff.

he has always worked well with me, his staff have gotten my specialist appoints within reasonable time,always make sure my refills are up to date.He is very friendly.He has always listened to my concerns.

MISSED TOTALLY 2 DIAGNOSIS LEFT ME ON MEDICATION NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MY AGE AND SUPERSCRIBED TOOK 1 MONTH TO LOCATE A SPECIALIST WHEN PROMISED 2 WEEKS THEN GOT THE WRONG SPECIALIST
