Dr. Ritchie's been our family doctor over 20 yrs and we love him and have all confidence in him. He is a doctor who really LISTENS to what you say and never "fluffs" you off. He is truly caring, has seen us through a lot over the years and has called us at home after his office hours when he has concerns about any serious health issues. Also, instead of simply prescribing pills he always tries to get to the root of the problem. We love him and as far as we're concerned he's the best.

He's been our family doctor for over 20 yrs. we are all very lucky to have him as our doctor. He is very diligent in following up and he, himself, calls the patient, even after office hours, if there is something urgent or important for the patient to know regarding test results. Dr Ritchie is the best!

Dr. Ritchie is an exceptional doctor. He does care for my health and, my husband and my daughter Sarah. I also hear great comments fro my in laws as well. Having a doctor that is knowledgeable, caring and respectful of his patients' conditions, is a blessing, specially when one has to deal with several challenges. I am so glad to have met him.

Dr. Ritchie has been my family physician for almost 20 years. He is a kind and caring physician who takes his time to explain everything simply and takes into consideration the personal lifestyle and opinions of his patients with regard to their treatment. He is knowledgeable and a very good diagnostician. He often consults new medical journals during consultation to find the best options and medications. He is an all around great family physician and has a very good bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Ritchie! You are the BEST and we do love you!!!

Dr. Richie has been my doctor since my time at University, that is over 20 years. With his gentle caring and knowledgable approach to treatment he has helped us tremendously. Over the years my entire family has switched to his clinic - in many cases driving from as far away from Burlington and Brampton to go see him. He is simply the best at what he does.

Dr. Richie has been my doctor for over 20 years. The first time I visited his office I was still in high school and over the period of time I got married and now have a beautiful daughter. Dr. Richic is now taking care of the health of my entire family and his care and treatment has been nothing less than exceptional. He is a kind and gentle person who takes his time to understand the root cause of the ailment. The staffs have had minimal turn over which goes to explain why this office has a very high standard of operation. In 20 years not once has there been a delay or mistake, their immaculate professionalism speaks for itself.
