Poor bedside manners. You are treated as a number by the staff and are in an assembly line to be seen. Wouldn't recommend seniors who need more explanation and care.

This is a VISION centre that has NO large font documents, NO visual aids for people with limited sight. Nearly blind patients asked to sign consent documents with no explanation of what they are signing and told to watch videos explaining potential procedures. Only large font signs in the office are the fees charged for missed appointments. They done even have a big button phone for patients to use. Its disgraceful that places like service Ontario have more aids for visual impairment than a leading edge vision centre!

I felt being treated like a product on a full speed production line. The doctor was busy and tired that he did not have time to explain the diagnose result and the treatment or answer my questions.

Arrogant prk. Had me in and out of there in 2 minutes. Wouldn't even listen to the reason I was there. Only in it for the money. Felt like I was in an assembly line.
