Dr. Surangiwala is good, but the people at the reception are not at all efficient. It is rather frustrating that they do not ever answer the phones. Patients are supposed to call for an appointment, but how are we to get an appointment if the phones are never answered? It always goes directly to the voicemail, or if the receptionist answers, you are put on hold and you land up waiting forever, they never get back to you. Something needs to be done about this.

She is too slow Doctor I ever met in my life. It can take her few years to take your problem seriously and really send you for any further investigation to a specialist. You will really have to stress thousands time over and over that you do have some problems and then by the time she will send for any medical test, it will be too late to heal the injury. That's really frustrating. The lesson learnt over the period is that it is your body not Doctor's, so you have to keep stressing to a Doctor if you really have any issue. Seems like Dr. Sabiha does not believe if her patients' statement and treats as per her own quick judgement what she believes in her own mind.

I don't find her caring at all. She just have few minutes for me. I am looking for a compassionate family doctor for my family.
