I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure after my heart attack Dr Carter said to me i would like to help you with a kindness and respect to my needs ,,including filling my odsp papers ,,I wish to thank Norma Carter as I received my odsp with no issues . Its difficult to have a consistent doctor to work with yourself being a locome doctor ,,here then gone ,, as for Dr Carter took the time to make sure my medicines were all figured out properly ,, I hope she will see this message as I wish to say thank you very much Dr Carter Thanking You Ken K....
