I have only seen her twice after regular doctors hours. She was very helpful on both visits. I would definitely recommend her as ones primary physician.

Customer service is bad; office hours are horrible. Can never reach them by phone. Appointment times are sometimes weeks away.

Dr Chong takes the time to listen, answer questions and does not hesitate to refer if she feels necessary or if requested. Since the office became computerized I feel my records are more current and I feel more confident when she searches the screen for my test results that leafing through multitudes of paper in a paper file.

Doctor Chong is too busy looking at her computer to actually take time with her patients. Very unprofessional. and god forbid if you are old and have ailments because that is what she tells you so deal with the pain. Would not recommend anyone going to Chong.
