Uncaring, has zero compassion. He does not listen to the patient. He spends the entire session talking about unrelated topics. When you tell him that, he throws you out of his office. Very rude. Very unprofessional. He does not even explain what made him mad enough to throw you out. I repeatedly asked him, "what is happening now? why are you yelling?" He just insisted "leave." TERRIBLE.

Dr. Arfai was one of the best things that ever happened to me. He treated me with respect, clarity, insight, kindness, gentleness, and experience. I will forever be indebted to him for helping me through the most difficult part of my life.
