Had an appointment yesterday at 6:00pm.The clinic was closed and nobody called me to cancel the appointment. Apparently it was not the first time happening.

If you get to see the doctor you will find him knowledgeable and ready to help. The reason I say "if you get to see the doctor" is because appointments are always late, at least 1h up to 2h because they are not prioritized over the "walk-ins". Also, if you have an appointment and for any reason the Clinic is closed that day you are not being notified ending by going there and finding the door locked. This is ridiculous. The receptionists (as there were many and all were the same) are very un-helpful, unqualified and don't speak clear English (not sure if they even understand English). Just one example: you call for an appointment to have your child vaccinated with a vaccine you have to buy yourself (but you don't know this). You explain the reason of the visit, the vaccine needed, you come and wait 2 hours and when you get through the doctor tells you to go and buy the vaccine as they do not have it and then come back. How professional is this? Didn't they know from the beginning the reason of the visit? It was given when the appointment was booked. Anyway, if you need a doctor you better find another one.

I saw Dr Guirguis once, I would not go back. Bad manners, and seemed uncaring. You don't want to see the doctor 'look up' the answer when asking simple questions. The receptionist was somewhere between inattentive and rude.

Doesn't respect appointments. He's always in rush. If you have more than one affection, even though it is small, he argues and asks you to come back other day. If you don't speak perfect English he gets mad.

Waited for 4 hours to get in. Once I was in the examination room it took another half hour waiting. When I peaked through the door I say that he had just come back from a smoke break and was on the phone. when he came into the examination room he reaked of cigarette smoke.

The clinic is a factory, poorly run, the Dr misdiagnosed a condition of mine, went back 2 more times consistently wrong. On the 3rd visit asked him about what was (i felt) a related issue, he said sorry only 1 condition per visit. I mean come on, you have made money off me 3 times, is that not enough? Must i come back a fourth time, for a conidition you still havent successfully treated?
