Dr. Bruce is the best I am her patient since 19 years, she goes out of her way to help you, she listen to you, she even as her ways of making you laugh when your not feeling good, very professional. Some of the staff could me more human we are just not numbers, amelioration would be very nice.

Nice professional doctor. Some front office staff are not courteous Why do I have to wait 30 minutes every time? An appointment is just that, and my time is as important as anyone's.

Often behind in her schedule but is worth waiting for. Always allows appropriate time to listen to the patient. Keeps up to date with changes in practice, compassionate and knowledgable. Staff ... one clerk working in the day time who is frequently rude, aggressive and makes her own judgment about the urgency required for booking an appointment. This clerk is not a health care professinal and has given poor advice resulting in negative consequences for patients. Best to book in the evening to reduce the stress of comunicating with this clerk. The other staff are very helpful and professional.
