Dr. Moss has been my family physician for 30 years now, and without exception I'm very satisfied. I've always received the best care. She'll be a tough act to follow.

Dr. Moss gets the job done. She knows what she is doing and does it efficiently and effectively. If you need your hand held, go elsewhere and take your chances.

Dr. Moss is really good with pharmaceuticals and prescriptions since she was a pharmacist herself. She has referred me to a couple of specialists, most of which I would recommend to others. My issue is that she is very blunt, doesn't feel like she has time for you, and can make some comments about your life (like your univeristy degree) that can make one feel a bit uncomfortable. At the same time, I feel like it can be difficult to talk to her. If you like the blunt and speedy approach, she is probably the doctor for you, however I find that she can be kind of dismissive. I have only had her for four years however.

I have been with DR. Moss for over 30 years. She is a good docter. She seems to be rushed most of the time though. With her background, she is one of the best docters. Our disagreements usually happen because I have faith in alternative medicine too. However she is not really open to that, and seems to fluff it off. It has worked well with me to use traditional approach and the alternative approach together, to give me the best results. I don't want her traditional approach to reflect badly on her, because this is really the approach of all traditional docters, except some open minded ones who are being innovative and listening to their patients approaches. Thank you.

Very thorough and to the point. She's been my Dr. for over 20 years and I have always found her to be direct, thourough without being rude or incompassionate towards me. She does not hesitate to refer to specialists in order to ensure 100% verification. Always easy to get an apointment even on short notice. Some people say she seems to always be in a rush but in my experience it's because she is in very high demand. A good quality physician such as herself is hard to find.

She has been my doctor for over 25 years and I dread the day she retires......she may be a bit blunt and informal at times but I like that about her as she doesn't put up that doctor/patient wall.

Unprofessional behaviour ... comments negativley about her collegues, her staff. Often brash and rude. Refers to specialists easily. Has made assuptions about patients complaints without listening to, or examining the patient. Very easy to get an appointment. Refuses to act on feedback concerning one front desk clerk who is rude, abrasive and an inappropriate "gate keeper". Many of the other phsyicans in the practice advise their patients to call for appointmets in the evening when this clerk is not working to avoid the distress of speaking with her. This clerk refuses/delays the booking of appointments for patients based on her determination of the urgency of the problem. I believe she is not qualified to make these assessments.

Dr. Moss was my family Dr. for many years and is absolutely the best. I wish I still had her as my Dr. at my new location. Compassionate and caring physicians are not easy to find.
