I moved rom QC to ON and was referred by a friend, I'm 66, diabetic and have a number of health concerns of some urgency. Within the first 5 minutes which cost me $100 since I still hadn't received my OHIP coverage, looking over my list of meds, the doctor blatantly informed me that he does not prescribe testosterone and that I should look somewhere else. This after being on testosterone or over five years because of abnormally low levels and experiencing numerous effects as a result.When I asked him why, his response was simply that he'd been to conferences, he did not believe in the benefits only the potential side effects and "it is simply a part of the aging process". When we discussed my other important issues, his response was "I deal with one thing at a time, the government only pays me $55 per visit so you'll have to book visits for each concern". That was enough for me. Footnote, the reception area is not too big but one of the clinical staff up front spoke so loudly that it was disturbing especially when addressing personal information with patients on the phone. Very uncomfortable.

i LOVEEEEE dr.aboo and the staff always very nice very warm and caring . dr.aboo always helps me and makes me feel very comfortable in his presence . Dr.aboo always remember my family and life events makes me feel like he truly cares

He might need to retire soon, not helpful, doesn't like complications, if you have a cold, go see him, otherwise stay away, he only likes or deals with simple cases, not caring at all. Does not listen clearly.

Each time you call to book an appointment, staff indicate that he is all booked up. Staff are incompetent. When you enter the office, the waiting room is empty. Physician does not give patients routine/quality care.

wonderfull Dr.But some of the staff upfront not always willing to help you. It feels like you are intruding on their time.
