Excellent and caring Doctor. Always finds the time to accommodate patients. I have been in both sides, the side that has waited and the side that just called last minute and told to come right away. I do not mind waiting if I have to. I have waited more than 6-7 hours in emergency and walk-in clinics and left with no answers. When I see Dr Delgado, I know I will get the best care; I don't bother going anywhere else anymore. I love Dr Delgado and I appreciate her staff, always willing to help. Thanks.

Excellent Doctor, always willing to help and most importantly willing to listen to you. Dr Delgado is very knowledgeable. Hard to believe the comment before mine, since as far as I know Dr. Delgado does not read x-rays in her office, she does not like to prescribe unnecessary medications and even less pain killers. I suffer from high blood pressure and she always takes my blood pressure. Last but not least, I saw Dr Delgado on her first day of her practice here in Ottawa and she has not worked here for 10 years yet. I think you are definitely mistaken her for another Dr.

Dr. Delgado is extremely minimalistic, you get more thorough treatment at a walk in clinic, i also get more confident results, she will not take blood pressure, will not herself examine any problems you might be trying to tell her about, simply recommends more pain killers or a prescription, im trying to rid myself of pain not continue to take pills!! Every time ive gone to this doctor lately i leave wondering why i bothered in the first place and as a result ive been in severe pain for months. She caused me to worsen a broken foot by incorrect examination of an xray, turns out my foot was broken in 3 places, sent back to work running and carrying heavy loads. She has sent me to the wrong places for xrays, the receptionists take an entire day apparently to email a document, only for the end of the day show that they havent sent anything at all. Literally every single time i go to this doctor the lack of professionalism increases. Doctor Delgado seems like a nice woman, however her practice as a Doctor appears directed towards cruising through as easy as possible, this is my experience with almost 10 years with this doctor. I am now in search of another doctor.

I have been with Dr. Delgado Rodriguez since 2007 and have always found her to be helpful, compassionate and kind. I appreciate the fact that she does refer her patients to specialists as I've been in situations where the doctors did not. The reception (Fabio) is very welcoming. It does take a little while to see her but I realize that and don't mind. I've found that sending an email to the office is easier than calling to book appointments, etc. The phone seems to be always busy.

Dr. Delgado is the best doctor I've ever had. She is nice, considerate and takes her time to explain things. She is also very knowledgeably. There aren't too many like her left in this profession.

I like Dr. Delgado and her staff (mom and husband). I regretably did not feel satisfied for my health issues; however, she has been great with my husband and son. I little bit of mixed feelings but more positive than negative :)

Her staff is polite yet I find extremely difficult to get in touch with her office (i.e. limited office hours, no voicemail, phone line is often busy). For every afternoon appointment I've ever had, Dr. Delgado has made me wait 40 minutes or more. On the plus side, I do typically get an appointment within a week or two. Dr. Delgado has always been very kind, however, she did jeopardise my health by failing to provide me with some critical information. To add insult to injury, she never followed-up like she said she would.

I find the "British?" receptionist arrogant and non assisting. Hard to speak with her about results, referrals etc. Favio and Dr D are wonderful and I recommend this Dr.

Dr. Delgado & her husband Favio who runs the office have taken tremendous care of our entire family. I cannot stress enough the value of having two people in which I can rely on when it comes to the health of my loved ones.

I find they have been nothing but helpful and kind to me. Dr. Giselle Delgado seems to geuinly care about me and my well-being and it's nice to have someone who is personable like that. She is a great doctor.

she does not go into detail to check what is wrong with you, it seems she wants you to go in and out with you. she never knows what to say about what i need help with instead i always give her the ideas and she just keeps prescribing medication. i have been on 8 antibiotics for 7months now. instead of her trying to help she just keeps giving me stronger medication without properly diagnosing what i have or what i should be doing. she doesnt even check the basic things anymore such as my blood pressure , breathing, etc... i am now looking for a new doctor!

An excellent doctor to consult however very difficult to get an annual check up. The doctor doesn't accept this type of appointment on afternoons, Fridays, or after holidays breaks.
