Arrogant and poor bedside manner. Although he is my doctor, I hardly ever see him because he uses interns to see his patients. The interns will come and ask what the patient's situation is, go away to consult the doctor, and then come back with an answer or diagnosis. Every time I visit, which is on the average twice a year, there is a new intern. Hence one cannot create a rapport with one's GP, which to me should be the case.
