Dr. Bartlett goes out of her way to provide for patient care. She shows great compassion and understanding when presented with our family's health concerns. I have never felt rushed or had my dismissed with questions unanswered. If she deems it necessary, she does not hesitate to refer to another health professional.

Dr Bartlett is an amazing doctor. She has a warm heart and really listens. The receptionist they have there is rude with clients over the phone and has no manners. She discuss patient info at her desk while other patients are waiting in the waiting rm to be seen and she is very unprofessional in the way she speaks about other patients. Be ADVISED!

She is the best doctor in Ottawa I have come across for my need. She cares about her patients, through in her services and on top of her efforts in information sharing whether its a side effects of a medication that should brought to patients attention or a specific follow up that should be done. Love it !

She always takes her time to listen to me about my concern and she asks all kinds of questions to ensure she has an accurate information to make her medical assessment. It comforts me that she doesn't just make her diagnoses based on a text book. She's great with my toddler. Glad to have her back from her leave.
