Very thorough doctor. She likes to get to the root of the problem and doesn't stop until she does. Now as she moves on she will be greatly missed but I wish her all the best.

One of the few docs who speaks to me like a person rather than down to you like most docs do. Also she has a gift of narrowing in on a problem with her obvious great amount of knowledge and (again unlike a lot of other docs) with an open mind. I'm lucky to have her as my family doc and would recommend her to anyone.

Very rude and unwelcoming does not smile... Inconsiderate towards seniors, rushes through appointments doesn't want to take time while my mother is explain what wrong. Considering looking for a new Dr. For her

Dr. Rainville is not a very good physician. I once was Dr. Lomie Coleman's patient but she developed cancer and had to give up her practice.

She is a terrible doctor, she is rude, never smiles, a germaphobe, terrible bedside manner, not empathetic at all, and makes you feel like you are a drug addict if you take pills for pain. I have seen her several times and she has never smiled once, and rushes through appointments. If you are looking for a doctor don't go to her unless you want to feel belittled. My husband, my mother in law and father in law all feel the same about her, if we had a choice we would not be going to her any longer.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BOTH BEEN HER PATIENTS FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, LISTENS WELL, DOES NOT HESITATE TO REFER WHEN NECESSARY AND ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE SERVICE WE GET FROM HER. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND CARING. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!

First impressions are important to me and hers was less than that of a Doctor. I am sure she will make a great CEO of a company. She has a very poor bedside manner and cares little for anybodies feelings. Only Doctor that I have met that I regret meeting.

Very impressed with Dr. Rainville. She listens carefully to my concerns and is knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. She doesn't hesitate to refer me to specialists and follows up quickly with results. I would highly recommend her.

If you have a sports injury this is the place to go,otherwise she is very passive. Not very thorough and hard to get an appointmen twith . Usually cannot get in the same day,no matter what the problem is.

have not much good to say about the staff there,or the doctor for that matter. one thing I can say that is good they will get you in quick but out the door as fast as you came in is their policy. As a patient had to suffer severe infection and said they would get back to me in 5 days??well of course off to the er I go and the pain was unbearable and was told only 10 min and one problem at a time, well they were all related many complaints to mention on here,so we as a family unit were not in very good care at all and I am not the only one in this community who has not to many good things to say.!!

Dr. Rainville is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to answer all of your questions and thoroughly explains any and all things. The office accommodates last minute "needs" to get in to be seen as to avoid going to the ER. Highly recommended :)
