Dr. Van Noppen looked after my Dad in November last year and had the sad duty to tell us that he was palliative. He was sensitive,kind but straightforward and I appreciated that. Thanks for your sensitivity.

PLEASE NOTE that Dr. "Bob" has moved and his new practice is called, "The Elliott Street Clinic", located at 12 Elliott Street in Perth. He has established, within its walls, a physio/meeting place for seniors to gather to discuss their disabilities. Dr. Bob is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He works in the local ER Department a day a week "to keep sharp", and he is! Philosophical discussions are encouraged! On a personal level, he is very spiritual and simply a very good man.

Great if you have a cold but tends to give the same prescription for similar ailments. Seems to do a lot of diagnosis using online resources.
