I find that she is never available .You can't get an appointment and I am always being redirected to the e.r. Or after hours clinic .if I wanted that I wouldn't have a doctor .When she took over Dr Barrett's practise I thought she was going to be just like her .Someone who cares about her patients and someone who knows there history and how they are doing in life .I do feel after having Dr Barrett for all those years while my kids were being born and growing up .I thank god that I had someone who cared about us and that we weren't just a number or money on her pay check.

I feel Dr. Auyeung is very business like and never takes the time to ask about how you are in general. She has been my doctor for several years and I don't think she really knows me. Luckily I have a specialist in Toronto who treats me more like a person than a number. I now make an appointment with her nurse practitioner for my physical and find her very knowledgeable and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. I think Dr. Auyeung could improve on her bedside manner, which would move her from being a good to an excellent doctor, in my opinion.

It is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Auyeung because of her limited/part-time office hours, but when I do see her she listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. She doesn't rush out of the room, or make me feel like she doesn't have much time to spend with me when she has a full waiting room. I appreciate her spending as much time with me as I need so I don't mind waiting for her when she is gets off schedule with other patients. I try to book morning appointments if I am in a hurry so that she isn't running behind too much. Dr. Auyeung has called me after hours to follow up about a question/concern I had or a test result. She is a good doctor and her current staff are friendly and helpful as well, especially Erin.

you can never get an appointment, I am not sure why she is still part time when her kids are all in school??

Impossible to see her when you need to. She only works part-time and her schedule is booked with physicals. I'm always being referred to the ER.
