I love Dr. McLean, he's very knowledgeable, knows right away what the issue is and isn't. Only thing I don't like is the desk staff, they are not helpful. The phone lines are always turned off during the day, it's almost impossible to catch someone. Sometimes it feels like I am playing phone tag.

I love Dr.McLean!! He is patient, thoughtful and always listens. You are never rushed and he always errs on the conservative side, which I love. I see other people giving lower ratings for his staff. I think that is unfair. They are polite and professional. The staff are only able to do what they have been instructed to do. All around I say everyone at the clinic is fantastic.

Dr. McLean is the best! He explains everything until you understand it, and the staff are wonderful. I find everyone pleasant in the office!

If I could give Dr. McLean a 6, I surely would. He's a fantastic doctor and takes time to answer all your questions, even the really stupid ones. :)

Dr.McLean is a caring, smart Dr. I never feel rushed. His staff however are 'by the book'...impossible to reach him by the phone or get any information without an appointment.
