Dr. Tirmizi is a great doctor, but her staff is very rude and uncaring, she shouldn't be working as a front-desk receptionist.

I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Tirmizi as she is a gem! She listens well, addresses concerns and never makes me feel rushed. I have been a patient of hers for >15years and never had a complaint!

Dr. Timizi excellent, caring and knowledgeable, shows sincere concerns for her patients staff seems uncaring when booking appointments, also have an unfriendly demeanor

Dr. Tirmizi is a great doctor. Been a patient for over 10 years. I agree with the other comments, its time to find a new receptionist. Hire back your original receptionist from years ago. She was helpful and pleasant to talk to. She was personable. Current receptionist is rude almost all the time on the phone. She as cold as ice in the office. She doesn't fax documents when she is suppose to. You feel like you are a bothering her when you are calling to make a appointment. Never can see the doctor in less then 2 weeks. If your lucky 1 week. Plus, when you have an appointment you still wait at least one hour. My time is also important. Its time to figure out the scheduling for appointments. Plus, have time for squeeze in appointments for emergency. Its nice to see your own doctor not a walk in doctor. This office is not run properly, its a shame for such a great doctor. I also witness the receptionist being rude to patients in waiting room. Its unbelievable. The receptionist is fooling Dr. Tirimiz, she acts different when she is around. Lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE from the office help.

Been going to this doctor for 14 years. Considering finding new doctor as the staff so rude. Can't never get through by phone, need to persist in calling and calling. Cannot get appointment same day, and did you know you cannot see doctor for same ailment twice in 1 week? Explanation to me was so rude both from staff and doctor. Staff always overbook if you do happen to get in, then wait time can be up to 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours.

Good doctor. Hard to get an appointment,so end up going to the walk in. Her staff are very rude, uncaring and act like you are bothering them when you call. One of them sounds like she was just waking up from a nap.

Dr. Tirmizi is the best. Without her I would be dead. The ajax pickering hospital misdiagnosed my ruptured appendix and sent me home, over the course of the next couple days my pains got worse and worse. Dr Tirmizi had the insight to book me an ultrasound the same day with one of her partner offices. The results came back and she sent me for immediate surgery. All this within the same day. Thank you Dr. Tirmizi you truly are a blessing.

Great doctor! Long wait times (sometimes up to an hour after scheduled appointment time) but I never feel rushed. She is caring and gives sound advice and seems to truly care about her patients.

Both my kids love Dr. Tirmizi she is a caring and understand her patients needs always taking time to assess her patients needs never to see her rushing us out to attend to next patient. And that is maybe why it's a long wait?

My youngest one loves going to her, she's friendly, caring, knowledgeable. My oldest and I have been her patient for close to 10 years we are so pleased with her and amazed at a few health issues she pinpointed immediately.

Amazing, knowledgeable, friendly doctor with not so great staff. Many errors have discredited their abilities. However, we put up with them because Dr. T is so wonderful!

Dr. Tirmizi, listens carefully to assess issues that may arise. She is through and has a solid network of referral doctors. She understands the patients comfort level and will meet them where there are. Wonderful combination. Staff is not welcoming and slow, ensure you stand up for what you need with the staff
