Dr. Chung has been our family's doctor for the past 20 years. We have followed her from her practice in Ajax to Pickering. I overlook long wait times because you are number one when you are seeing her. She will look after you completely before she moves to the next patient so therfore I have to wait over an hour many a times before seeing her. I do not mind since I am retired now. Otherwise I can not imagine her overall rating would be less than five. We are blessed to have her kind of doctors still available in Ontario.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. Very thoughtful caring and knowledgeable. she listens to your concerns and does not dismiss them. I feel so lucky to have her for a doctor for myself and my family.

I have followed dr chung from when she was in ajax. I can't speak highly enough about her. she is like no other doctor I have had. I don't have to wait long and if an emerg happens I understand. I live west of Barrie and come to see her in pickering cuz I choose to. She is ThAT GOOD! ...

a very nice doctor that is caring and takes her time (which unfortunately means sometimes you have to wait so be patient so you can expect the same great service :)

Dr. Chung has been my doctor for about 25 years. I followed her from the Ajax clinic to the Pickering one. She's not always on time, but when she's with you she spends time listening and really does her job well. She never hesitates to make referrals or send you for tests, just to be sure. She's very intelligent and cares immensely about her patients. I don't mind that she's late sometimes, I know that when I see her she won't rush me or provide poor quality of care.

Dr.Chung goes beyond the call of duty and is very diligent in ensuring that every precaution is taken towards our care and well being. I drive over 90 km to keep her as my family doctor.No one compares to her compassion and calm approach to issues and identifying the problem.

I absolutely hate visits to Dr Chung's office. Be prepared to wait at least an hour before being seen!! Dr Chung is caring however doesn't say much, you have to continuously probe for answers.

Dr.Chung is a great doctor, however waits are too long for appointments. As well follow up appointments with specialist are not made in a timely matter and I had to call several times to get my appointment made.

The staff could be a bit more efficient (I have actually seen a shouting match occur between the receptionist and a frustrated patient), but once you're actually with Dr. Chung, she is a caring doctor who takes all precautions to make sure her diagnosis is sound. She's really sweet to talk to as well. Great doctor!

Dr. Chung takes time to listen to you and often will refer you for tests and a specialist to rule out any possibilities. Appointments are overbooked so be prepared to wait to see her. She has one excellent staff member who follows through, is oranzized and helpful, the problem she is part time, so of You get the other ones, they are not professional and you have to follow up with them to make sure that requisitions and. Specialist appointments were made.

Dr. Chung has been my entire family's doctor for the past 10 years. There were two other doctors at the office, but we chose her because my daughter had stepped on a needle and it had broke in her foot. We could not see it with our naked eyes but she did not take it lightly and sent her to the hospital to have an x-ray done immediately. We followed her from the Ajax office to the Pickering office. She is the best doctor that I've ever had. Even though her practice is busy, she never rushes you through. She takes time to listen and explain your situation to you. She never hesitate to send you to a specialist when required. She is nothing short of exceptional.

Dr. Chung is one of the most caring, personable physicians I know. Although we do have to wait to see her, it is only because she tries to fit as many of us into her day as she can. Her dedication to her patients is nothing short of exceptional. I followed her from Ajax to Pickering and would follow her again if I had to.

I always thought she was a good doctor until I was misdiagnosed. I was horrifed at what the Surgeon discovered. I should have had surgery years ago. My advice is to never let your guard down. Your body tells you if your not feeling well. Dr.'s get it wrong. Push for a 2nd or 3rd opinion. It may save your life.

Friendly but confidentiality is nil as staff make calls and dioscuss c lients where everyone in waiting room can hear! NOT cool. I have heard countless names/diagnosis while sitting there.

Dr. Chung is great. I never feel rushed during my exam. She takes the time needed to understand the problems. She does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when needed. She is compassionate,professional,and easy to talk to. The new clinic is a much calmer environment.
