To many people, long wait and timing are unpredictable but once you see the Dr. you will forget all the trouble as he is so so good.

when you have an appt. with Dr.Kaplan you have to wait long in waiting room but he is very thorough with eye examinations and always ready to listen to what you have to say and he is very kind and knowledgeable
