Dr. Yam is pretty good - very straight-forward and to the point, which I appreciate. I've only had one appointment he was "late" for (I'm always expecting it to be a bit late), but this was an 8:15AM appointment (office opened at 8AM), and they didn't call me until 8:45. Not bad, but I couldn't figure out how my appointment was 30 minutes late after they were only open 15 minutes? Over the years attending Pinnacle, I always get the impression that the office staff greatly resent their patients. I've lost track of how much time I've spent standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, while they are busy clicking away at a computer or playing with their cell phone. And don't even get me started on getting any clear information or direction from them.
