overall experience is very poor, will not recommends unless there is no other alternatives. The secretary is horribly poor attitude, rude and clumsy. No good recommendation for doctor who does not care and concern for patient needs.

Dr. Chan has a problem being punctual since she is seeing patients at the hospital and deals with emergencies. I am always told that I may have to wait. Her secretary NEVER answers the phone and is very curt.
