This practice resembles an assembly line to me and I wonder Sign in waiting room offering incentive money for referrals. Not at all confidence building regarding the care of my vision.

Very thoughtful and takes time to listen to your questions/ comments. Never a problem to book an appointment. I can call and get in within 2 to 3 days. Most doctors it takes almost 4-6 weeks to get in.

Dr. Abraham is great, however, you will not be able to reach him by phone. I have been calling to book an appointment for 2 weeks. No response to my calls or messages. Secretary is usually unavailable.

Spectacular Doctor..would give a rating of 7 out of 5. He is thorough,actually listens to you and refers to clarify any doubts. His staff are equally good.

I am disappointed with this doctor's office. After calling over a month ago to be told that I would have no problem switching to Dr. Abraham (as I had heard good things about his care of patients as well as time to obtain an appointment), I have received very poor and unprofessional attitude. My spouse received a call immediately as he has no doctor, I had to call to be told that I would not be taken on as a patient as I already had a doctor and something about loyalties between doctors! When I further explained my situation and why I wanted a new doctor, I was told that my call would be returned. Ten days later, no one called me back and when I called again, I was then told there was a waiting list (no one told me that initially). I feel I was getting different answers every time I called and expressed this to the receptionist and I also told her that I feel patient care should be the priority not doctor loyalties. I had a hard time expressing my opinion over this as the receptionist continually cut me off and was very rude. Overall, even if they decided to accept me as a patient now, I wouldn't bother. The initial encounter has been extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
