Pleasant and easy to talk to! I only saw her a few times myself before we move! But while you are there she listened attentively and spends time with you! I don't feel rushed! This is what sets her apart from other doctors! I am going to miss her! Her staff is friendly and helpful and very accommodating!! Keep up the great work!

My old family doctor retired and Dr. Singh took over his practice. I've been happy with Dr. Singh as she is really nice and takes the time to take care of all of my concerns. Her new secretary is also really nice and always gets me in very quickly. I honesty don't understand the negative comments. No complaints here:)

Two thinks which is in doctor hands: punctuality and the staff. Punctuality is the worst for this office: over an hour on the chair to see the doctor. The staff: the worst ever. Nobody is answer the phone there for days. I was calling for 2 days almost each hour without chance, so I have to go personally to book the appointment. The receptionist asked me all kind of medical questions about what test I would like. This is ridiculous. Is somebody reading these feedback from patients? Hello, we are paying here?

Very great Doctor. However, to ensure her practice runs smoothly she does not invest money in proper training for employees working for her. Very disorganized, has unqualified people working in the office, triple books patients, and does not pay her employees.

Impossible to get a hold of. Support staff and judgmental and not the most competent. I understand there may be some need for filtering of incoming calls, but the lack of respect and privacy for sensitive matters when talking to the support staff is offensive.

Wonderful doctor but her staff is clueless when dealing with paatients and following up on requisitions, etc. They seem uncaring and flustered. I think they could use some training in their position.

I am frustrated to be calling for an appointment where the staff once to diagnose you over the phone and said no point for an appointment just come in an get a requisition for blood work. How on earth would you know what you are being tested for if you have not met with your doctor. I feel like I need to go to a clinic since this doc have no time to see me.

The staff are not friendly and it is so difficult to book an appointment. Everytime I call, nobody answers the phone and when you leave a message nobody call back either. She is great and very kind doctor but her staff are very inefficient and grumpy.

Transferred to Dr. Joy after my long time family doctor retired summer 2017. I book my appts with enough time for me and my kids. I've met her twice and had normal wait (10 to 20 min). Staff is professional, knowledgeable. Once we've met Dr. Joy she has all her attention on us, makes sure your questions are answered and even takes extra few seconds to ask you if you need anything else. Our file is pretty long and she took the time to go back and check all treatments, services, medication, etc received from our previous doctore. I think Dr. Joy provides great service and has proven (at least to our family) that she strives to provide not only excellent service from her staff but to care about your wait time, concerns you may have, provide thorough information from your tests and respond all the questions you have making sure you leave satisfied. Kudos to our new family doctor. Thank you.

Why does Dr Singh have posters prominently displayed throughout her office telling patients that it will cost them 60-100 dollars to have their files copied if they choose to deroster? This tells me that she has had a hemorrhage of patients. Very unsettling first appt with her. Took half an hour to get to the point of our reason to be there. Mispronounced a diagnosis that my husband had received previously. Seemed to be "selling" vaccines. More concerned with getting her agenda out than listening to the patient.

You want a doctor you can reach? Keep looking. It seems almost impossible to call and talk to someone right away. If you leave a message good luck getting a call back in a reasonable amount of time.
