Dr. Boyle asked if I would be ok to have medical students to observe small procedure to remove node off back r. leg. He asked them to describe node & describe what they saw. He told them it had to be removed. Dr. Boyle exised the node. Sqamous cell can really build so quickly,. Your front desk is horrible. When Gals answer the phone they need to respond with their name. If I was answering phone I would identiy myself & be available for accountability. This is were Rapids falls down.

Dr. Boyle and his nurse Brooke have always been great, very caring. I have never felt rushed. he remembers things about me that were mentioned in previous visits. If he was unsure he was always willing to refer to a specialist, or research things for me. EXCELLENT.

Didn't help at all. Refused tio refer me for allergy testing, just said "take reactine" for reactions. Changing doctors.
