Dr.Fratesi has been my doctor for most of my life. My family & I Thank God everyday that he was & is there if I need him! Whether it be for a health problem or advise about a treatment plan from another doctor I can always count on him! He's my Hero! I hope he sees this!

Best doctor I know operated on me 3 times.very skillful and knowledgeable Dedicated, overworked but he still can be found in the corridors of our hospital at all hours of the night.God bless you Sante, don't ever retire.

I have so much respect for Dr. Fratesi. He really makes you feel like you are receiving his best care. He is such a dedicated doctor. The vascular operations he performs demand great skill. He changed my life. I love his sense of humour too.

Best Surgeon ever, the man is awesome. It will be a huge.....loss to the Soo when Dr. Fratesi retires. He took me under his wing and did not let me go until I was 100%. Thank you for everything you do.

He's brilliant,attentive to details, kind, compassionate,very concerned about patient welfare,listens attentively,inspires confidence, educates patient and family, excellent surgical skills, responds quickly and appropriately to patient condition and needs. Consults readily. God help us when he retires.
