Her receptionist is extremely rude, and Dr McConnell is rushing you out the door before she even starts the appointment. Also, Dr McConnell charged me for a 'missed' appt..one that was never made and the receptionist basically stated that they don't make mistakes and if I want to discuss this charge with the Dr, I would have to pay $30 for a missed appt fee before she will see me. Our family has never missed an appt with her ever. And this is how she treats her patients. I asked if I would be refunded my money after talking with the Dr to sort this out..probably not,I was told that would be up to her. There is never any follow up contact, even when she says she will call either way. The fact that she feels the need to post signs all over her patient rooms and reception area about not tolerating angry patients tells LOTS about how many patients she is ticking off! So done with her. I would rather de-rouster my whole family from her practice instead of continuing with her and her receptionist.

Got transferred to Natalie after my Dr retired. She has always been in a hurry and makes you feel unimportant. Threatened to dump me twice after I dared to question something. Treated my Mom too who complained of increasing serious pain for months - gave her Tylenol 3. Turned out Mom had bone cancer. Would switch if I could.

I have been her patient since her early days. She has seen me through angina and breast cancer and got things moving quickly in both cases. The staff are friendly and efficient and always ready to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend her.

Unless your thin I do not recommend her or her staff. All of them are in a hurry, heaven forbid you ask more than one question and when you do she doesn't look at you, she is typing. Try getting a refill, good luck, she just wants you to come in for an appt. and if your over weight all your problems are because of your extra weight. I feel she has her favourites and apparently my family isn't one of them.

Was transferred to her in the beginning as my doctor left town. She was kind and caring in the beginning and then it became all about the money and her needs and wants. She referred me to a specialist at my request and then wrote a letter to the specialist saying this apt was totally unnessissary and that he would be wasteing his time...He referred my to a specialist in my area of concern and I ended up having two stints put in...I had indured unimagineable pain for 10 years and Natalie did not fix it, only to tell me that it was all in my head. Funny how after having these two stints put in I have not experienced the pain again... She was totally unprofessional, so disappointed.

Dr. McConnell has been our doctor now for approximately 6 years and have found her to be a considerate, caring, helpful doctor. She wastes no time in acquiring a Specialist if needed. Her staff has always been courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. McConnell.

Dr McConnell is a good doctor but her staff are rude, arrogant and just dont care about the patients. They think they are above everyone and seem to get away with treating people horrible. That office seems to be just a cash grab

Very caring Doctor who tells it the way it is. Dr. McConnell called me to make sure everything was going well with the new meds I was on. I have never had a doctor do this or have heard of one calling someone at home.

I found her to be rude and dismissive, and uninterested in finding the root of the illness. She's quick to prescribe drugs and not open to discussing alternatives for treatment or diagnostic testing. It seems that she is trying to keep the costs down for the care of her patients.

when i first started to see her , she was caring. and very compassionate.That was a few years ago. What has changed her since, i don't know . Now she does not seem to care as much as she used to. I am very disappointed with her care now, but I don't have much choice now, as doctors are hard to find.

moody, in a hurry, doesn't have time for all your questions at times. She doesn't appear to want to x-ray, refer to specialist, etc. quickly enough at times
