Will not take the time to remember your name let alone your symptoms to help evaluate you in a proper manner. She will rush through you and just throw prescriptions at you without even taking into consideration the patients history which would conflict with such medication. BEWARE

I joined Dr. Rawoof's practice a year ago, and find her to be one of the best doctors I've been to since coming to Canada 8 years ago. She is professional and caring, and yes - she sent me for a full slate of tests but I appreciated her interest in making sure she knew my full health status as a new patient. She sends me for blood and other tests regularly and always calls me if there's something that needs further investigation. In a word, she practices what she preaches: PREVENTIVE medicine. Rather than waiting for you to get sick and then sending you to a specialist with a six-month waiting list, her staff make appointments for referrals on your behalf and then phone you with the details. Far better than other experiences I've had where the doc is just interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible. She's also human and caring. I don't know where the previous reviewer gets racist from, but you know what they say: You just can't cure stupid. Maybe that was the reviewer's problem.

I am livid with this doctor,I took my son to see her and he has recently been diagnosed with anxiety and his psychologist suggested meds, we have been to many specialists and have left no stone unturned, his major side effect is he feels like he is choking and throws up, and gets emotional, he has had a soft tissue ultrasound on his neck and chest, xrays and a scope put not Down his throat to get all of the physical possibilities out of the way. We went to see dr. Rawoof because our family doc retired and my son's psychologist suggested he go on a low dose antidepressant. Instead of listening too us she hit in my son's face and said I don't think you have anxiety at all I think you may have a heart condition and I need blood work and who is this psychologist where did you find her basically sent my son 2 steps backwards....no be side manor at all. I understand she wanted to look into things further but his records were readily available she made a sensitive situation way worse......I'm sure she knows her stuff but wow what a terrible situation. Never ever Again will we walk in her office. We did find a wonderful thorough doctor that is kind and polite. She wasn't right for us.
