Finally a Dr that listened Didn't have much faith going in as other Dr's didnt take my symptoms seriously. Can't say how happy I was when she ordered extensive blood work and going for ultra sound Thursday. Highly recommend.

Dr Bertolo was the only doctor between both st catharines hospitals to put forth an effort to help me. She was caring, patient and explained things to me. The follow up from the clinic staff and Dr Bertolo were excellent. I wish she had a family practice.

She prescribed a medication that worked before one full day had passed. This was excellent diagnosis of my wrist problem. I saw here at the walk in clinice at Lake and Linwell in St. Catharines ON Oct. 23, 2012.
