I have expereinced first hand up rofessional and uneducated medical care from this doctor on 3 different occasions in the emegergency room at the elgin general hospital. She doesn't even know how to read an xray.I was shocked to see she was still there. Dr. Van Daalen is far from medically educated and I feel here licence should of been pulled years ago.She doesn't even take the time to look at the issues involved. I had a allergy for a certain antibiotic. Well she writes out a prescription for the very same medication i was allergic too. She promised my some tylenol and advil for pain and I had to track down a nurse to get that. Same thing for a steriod puffer. The emergency room needs qualified and knowledgable staff. This doctor is better off in finding another career as she is putting other patients in harms way.Like i said i was shocked to see this so called doctor still here in an emergency room tending to sick and dying patients
