Dr. Ibrahim and staff make me feel comfortable and very well looked after. Dr. Ibrahim is thorough and very caring and follows up examinations leaving nothing "to chance". I have always had only the very best possible care.

Never answers phones. Cancelled appointments 3 different times now. Sent wrong requisition to hospital for tests and the hospital could not get a hold of the office. Difficult to understand if you are English speaking. Would not recommend

I met Dr. Ibrahim in Grimsby. she was sympathetic to the fact that I had the same doctor for 30 years and due to retirement, was having trouble finding a new one. I was also about 4 months into my first pregnancy. No matter what my concerns or how much I cried or yelled I always left her office with peace of mind. Its 4 years later and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my daughter's healthcare. Not only will Dr. Ibrahim return your calls she also follows up. if it concerns you, it concerns her. I'm confident that I'm in good hands for another 30 years. Thank you for looking past the exterior and treating me like a person rather than a health card number.

Great doctor(!) but it's hard to make an appointment because the office is mostly closed, they are not picking up the phone or they don't call back.
