Secretary (Karen) I found to be quite unprofessional. Making comments to my aging mother Like " I'll keep him, (referring to me, her 56 year son, "in line". What did that mean? Considering Karen didn't even say hello to me. Very unprofessional indeed. Now I wonder what the doctors are like? Based on first impressions...

We have been with Dr. Kwok for 20 years and have always found him attentive and eager to help. He is friendly and compassionate. We are leaving his practice now only because we have moved to Ancaster and driving is becoming an issue.

The interaction of your medicines is never considered. Barely remembers what you were there for previously. Not very thorough because always rushing you and has way too many patients.
