Punctuality has improved. I think they are booking less patients so there is less of a problem if an appointment runs longer than expected. She does like to talk but she seems very caring and concerned with her patients. Very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Langford is not only genuine in her kindness but she is a true professional. A very intelligent woman who actually listens to her patients.
