42 yrs with doc McArthur . This office staff has forced me to seek new doc. Total disrespect to me and my life. The doctor is friendly. But if you have any special needs forget it. I had major problem. Lost mail for medical. Asked for help was leaving for 5 months. The girl who answered phone laughed at me. The more I stressed importance more she laughed. She waited till he left and would not be able to help. Even though she knew this was a direct effect on my health. Very poor communication between doctor. Caused serious heart issue. And she laughs.

Although he is rushed some times, i feel this is not a negativity as he is just trying to see as many of us as possible. He is great at lessening to what you have to say. people who have stated he looks at his compute this does happen but he is a very intelligent man he can do two things at once he still hears you as he does reply to what your saying. if you could pick any doctor to have he is who you want. he does not make you feel stupid, which is awesome

he is the most caring and thorough doctor we've ever had--he is great with our kids and takes the time to listen and get to know his patients-- he is a really nice person

Punctual and efficient but far too rushed and overly focused on his computer. Also a poor listener, 'bed side manner' Support staff was pleasant.

Really helpful with explaining things so you can understand, without making you feel "stupid". He doesn't make you feel rushed and answers all questions you ask. Has great bedside manner - makes you feel comfortable.
