Went to much trouble to be on time and organized. Dr. was in a meeting but failed to inform. I was kept waiting until it was known he'd be an hour late! I was visibly upset...but there was no follow up to see if I even made it home alright. Thanks for your lack of care, professionalism, and humanity.
